SHIPPING POLICY:
Thank you for shopping with us at The Daisy Patch! We want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience for all our customers. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to learn more about our processes and options.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events, for order fulfillment.
If you place more than one order on the same day, please email us at shopthedaisypatch@gmail.com to request a combined shipment. We will refund one of the shipping charges upon your request.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping carriers (USPS or UPS). We cannot offer refunds for shipping charges if the carriers fail to meet their guaranteed delivery times. If your order is delayed, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

PICK UP ORDERS - 101 W. Main St, Haven KS
If you're nearby, we'd love for you to swing by! Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll have your order ready within 24 hours—usually sooner. We’ll send you an email when it's prepped and waiting for you! Pickup is available during our pop-up shop hours or by appointment (details will be included in your confirmation).
