Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from The Daisy Patch boutique! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopthedaisypatch@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period via shopthedaisypatch@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
